Whether you jog 15 kilometers daily or just sit on your couch and relax watching Netflix all day, you can be a proper prospect for this un-deniable illness.

Putting all the balls together, you may have reached the point where you would have already figured out what am I talking about. And Yes, whether you got it or not I am pointing towards Depression.

Yes, Depression is such an obedient friend that everyone encounters at least once in their lifetime while many of us have permanently accepted it as it is nothing more than a seasonal condition that will pass on. Believe me, it can create a worse condition for some people even leading to extreme outcomes like Suicide. It doesn’t matter if it is the feeling of hopelessness and prolonged sadness or it is the segmental process of negative thoughts, you shouldn’t ignore its precursor symbols.

Many of us are so busy in our daily routine life that we almost ignore the factors which are creating a constant disturbance for us in our everyday affairs. Like why does always Thomas get that promotion whether I am even on my chair after 5’O Clock? Why did she reject me on our first physical date while we were having valentine’s week every month for the last 4 months on Snapchat?

Well, you got my point.

We are all constantly affected by the actions and choices that we make sub-consciously every single moment in our daily routine. Sometimes even a diabetic can get rid of his constant dosage of insulin with a strong willpower but you can’t reach your milestone. I know it may sound cheesy or a little too spiritual in a sense but I am no Motivational speaker or a Spiritual Guru. I believe in the practical approach to every life problem and calamity so here, I will mention only those easy steps, tips, and guidelines that will enable you practically to be the boss of yourself and your life.

Symbols and symptoms

First of all, the following could be the prominent symbols of depression.

Absence of sleep or excessive sleepiness feeling all-day

Lack of interest in daily activities.

Total or partial loss of pleasure in routine work.

Sense of uselessness or worthlessness.

Feeling insecure of something.

Lack of concentration.

Prominent Change in weight or diet.

And the last and most severe condition; Suicidal thoughts.

Cure

Luckily about 80% of these disturbances and health or personal problems are curable. You just need the right direction by some expert in the field and you are good to go.

First of all, many of you may have identified most of the problems from the ever-increasing above list in yourselves. And, there is no doubt in this that you are possibly correct. But why am I the Victim of all these problems already?

I mean come-on, God! Why me??

Let us not be so dramatic that we neglect our original discussion.

Give Value to proper Diet and Sleep

The very first thing you are going to do is to improve your tangible activities like eating healthy food, sleep 8 hours, and stuff like that. This is the pre-requisite to all the Cure you are going to have. Believe me, almost 60% of depression and related problems are solved here at this first step.

Good old Way of “Therapy”

If you still have some other problems that you feel are not getting fixed, you can always turn to psychotherapy or pharmaceutical treatment.

Now, if you are getting a psychotherapeutic treatment, you should always look for someone who can give you a proper face-to-face treatment opportunity. If it is not available in your nearby area, you can always turn to the Tele-health domain which is quite popular these days.

Taking proper medical treatment can help us to reduce our symptoms and depressive elements by 90%. You can use a prescribed medicine that will boost your mental and physical health recovery process.

Conclusion

So looking at the above statistics and certain aspects, we can certainly conclude that depression is a treatment-friendly illness. We can use the technique which suits us in our specific routine to help us get rid of this mysterious trauma. You can always do more than you imagine. We just need to hang in there and believe in ourselves and look out for better life opportunities.
